In the world of affiliate marketing, Our Banana Moments, increased earnings by 54% from December to January.  The earnings increase is fantastic.  Of course, these numbers do not warrant leaving the day job, but they do promise a bright outlook of future increasing revenue.

If you happened to catch the “Mad Money” post last month, then you know that Our Banana Moments decided to monetize. Below is how much cash Our Banana Moments raked in last month after trying out a variety of monetizing methods.

As you have probably noticed, there will be no first class round the world tour in the foreseeable future; however, it was fun and challenging, but, make no mistake, it is not as easy as it may seem.  Additionally, I noticed that figuring out how various methods work, I started neglecting my writing. I hope that January will find that Our Banana Moments makes a few more pennies while having a whole lot of fun.

Mad Money

Our Banana Moments has turned one year old!  When Our Banana Moments started, I didn’t expect to last more than a month or so; after all, it’s not as if I have loads of life impacting topics to write about.  Now that Our Banana Moments is one year old, it is time take monetizing more seriously.

From the first day until now, Google Adsense has been the primary means of generating income.  As of today, I am proud to state that a modest income of $34.65.  Of course, this averages out to about $2.88 per month.  This amount is a rather pleasant surprise considering the life expectancy of Our Banana Moments was a few months and the primary goal has never been focused on earning money.

Recently, I have become smitten with the coupon craze.  I practically live for the Sunday paper to get my hands on the coupons that are stuffed neatly in the middle.  I pour a cup of coffee, get out my scissors, and commence filing through the Sunday paper coupons as if I were collecting candy. 

Other than the Sunday paper, I also search for coupons online.
