No one wants to catch contagious diseases like
colds, flu, pneumonia, or strep throat.
Luckily, there are ways to prevent catching these and other flu like
disease.
Wash you
hands:
Wash your hands with warm soapy water or
alcohol-based hand cleaner before eating and after contact with others who are
sick, handling trash, and after using the bathroom.
Cover your
nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing:
Most flu like disease can be spread via the mist
from sneezing and expelled through coughing. Always cover your nose and mouth with tissues. Of course, discard tissues after use
and keep clean ones on hand.
Avoid close
contact with others who are sick:
Be aware of others around you who are sick,
especially if they are not covering their noses or mouths. Also, if you are sick, avoid spreading
your germs to others who are not sick.
Thank you for swinging by 2 Against 1 , following back now. Great tips. My hands have never been so raw. Since having the twins I feel like I am forever washing my hands.
