3 Bikini Friendly Smoothies

1.  Pomegranate-Berry

Blend:   1 cup of blueberries,
¾ cup of beet juice
¾ cup of pomegranate juice
1 cup of ice
add honey to taste

2. Apple-Spinach

Blend:   2 cups of spinach
          1 chopped and peeled apple
          ½ cup of silken tofu
          ¼ cup of soy milk
          ¼ cup of orange juice
          1 tablespoon of wheat germ
          1 tablespoon of honey
          1 tablespoon of lemon juice
          1 cup of ice

3. Veggie

Blend:   1 ¼ cups of tomato juice
          ¼ cup of carrot juice
half of a peeled cucumber
          half of a celery stalk
          ¼ cup of parsley
          ¼ cup of fresh spinach
          ½ a cup of ice
